Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PROOF by FRAME handles information when you use the mobile app, community review workflow, and related public proof pages.
Information we process
- Discord account information used for sign-in and community access.
- Public Solana wallet addresses and transaction references used for wallet ownership, marketplace, and proof features. We never request or store seed phrases or wallet private keys.
- Card photographs, card identity fields, condition observations, community votes, and submission history.
- World ID verification results and uniqueness nullifiers. Biometric source data is handled by World ID; PROOF receives verification output, not iris images.
- Technical diagnostics needed to secure, operate, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use this information to identify cards, assess condition, route submissions for community review, prevent duplicate voting or abuse, produce proof artifacts, support peer-to-peer marketplace actions, and maintain service reliability.
Service providers and model processing
PROOF uses infrastructure and services that may process limited data on our behalf, including Cloudflare, Railway, managed database hosting, Discord, World ID, Solana infrastructure, and approved AI/OCR providers. Card images and extracted card data may be sent to an approved model route for OCR, structured extraction, or quality review. We limit those routes to the data needed for the task.
Public and immutable records
Community Discord posts, public reveal pages, and Solana transactions may be public. Blockchain records cannot be altered or deleted by PROOF after confirmation.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and submission information while needed to provide the service, secure the marketplace, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Open Privacy & Safety in the app to request account and associated off-chain data deletion. Limited fraud, security, legal, public Discord, and immutable on-chain records may be retained.
Children
PROOF is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
